Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, payment issue, incorrect pricing, incorrect customer details, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons.

If your prepaid order is cancelled by us, the refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

For cash on delivery orders, we may contact you for confirmation before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect address, customer unavailability, remote location, or other situations beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address, mobile number, and pin code. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.
