At Frasstgrow, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our product is an organic fertilizer, we follow a careful return and replacement policy to maintain product quality and hygiene.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaked, wrong, or defective at the time of delivery. To raise a return or replacement request, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned due to a change of mind. Products purchased during special discounts, clearance sales, or offers may also not be eligible for return unless they were received damaged or wrong.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement after verifying the issue. Please share your order number, photos of the product, packaging, and an unboxing video for faster support.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the issue is verified by our team. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. The time taken to reflect the refund may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
